Sleepless night

Every time I get down, every time I couldn't sleep well. The day before I just talked to my friend and my sister, I could fall asleep immediately when I lie on the bed. Except one, which could make me blink on outsides and listen to the birds singing the morning songs. As time goes by, I can take my emotion under control in the day time. But at night, everything is in vain. Loneliness and sadness are all killing me.
